This really simple sweet chili sauce recipe can be used for a lot of items. It can be used as a dressing for tofu and salads. It can be used for dips for sushi, tempura, and even raw fish (sashimi). Great with fried chicken and even fried fish. Also items like garlic and even pineapple can be added to kick it up. This is a great base sauce for anyone to use and create their own flavors. Try the sesame sweet chili soy sauce. I’m sure you will use it for many applications. Keep cooking keep learning keep trading.
Here’s this simple but awesome recipe:
1) 1 10oz. bottle of sweet chili sauce (mae ploy brand if available)
2) 1/2 cup sesame oil
3) 1 cup Aloha brand or Kikoman brand soy sauce (if using kikoman soy sauce you may need to use less because it is more salty)
4) Mix all ingredients together. That’s it. Super easy. This is just a base recipe. You may add more or less of each ingredient. Add more sweet chili sauce, soy or sesame oil to your liking.
